Product description
This standard all metal self locking nut is a one piece locknut which includes a de-pitched self-locking slot on the turret portion. This grips the shank - or thread - of the bolt during installation.
This self-locking nut is highly resistant to vibration and temperature changes, making it suitable for use within environments with temperatures ranging from -200°C to 400°C; dependant on the material and finishes.
Available as standard in A2 and A4 stainless steel, and in grades of steel ranging through 5, 8 and 10.
